SUITE POLICY

Arrival instructions-To maximize your session, kindly arrive 15 min in advance. In case of delays, please notify us by phone. Late arrivals may result in abbreviated sessions, but the full fee still applies. 

 

We currently don’t perform treatments on clients that have Extensions, Sew in weaves or braids due to the potential of pulling or matting of hair. However, we suggest when you take a break from these hair enhancements, you visit us!

 

If you’ve recently colored your hair or had any chemical perms relaxers, please inform us in advance, some treatments may interact with these chemicals.

Your appointment time includes dressing, before/After consultation. 

 

Please provide 48 hours for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid fees.
 

Should you have specific concerns or areas you’d like us to prioritize during the treatment please inform us. 

 

If you have known allergies or skin sensitivities, kindly notify us when scheduling your treatment. 

 

Dress in whatever feels comfortable to you. Robes are provided.  Please feel free to change based on your comfort level. 

 

We accept cash; major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. A credit card is required to secure your appointment. 

 

The Scalp Suite requires a deposit of 50% of the service paid in advance. 

 

Deposits are nonrefundable, you can reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
